I stayed there with my family and booked a Superior Villa, which I had confirmed and paid extra for; I’m attaching proof of payment. Yet, after two days I was told to leave the villa and move into a Standard Room with my family, which was embarrassing and uncomfortable, especially since I had a valid confirmation and had paid the additional fee. Even more shocking, the hotel rejected my confirmation, claiming they had received a reservation for a Standard Room instead of a Superior Villa. I was disappointed and shocked as a customer with a confirmed booking and payment, and it was humiliating to be forced into that situation in front of my family. I’m attaching the relevant pictures and payment proof for your review.

The location was beautiful, and the cabin design ensures privacy so you feel like you are at your own place. The rooms were clean, the food was very good but we only tried Pakistani dishes. Overall it was a great experience. The breakfast could have been better; the buffet had a lot of variety but most of the bread‑type dishes were not fresh, it was easy to tell that they were most likely made the previous day.
