The staff and the room were good; the bed was huge and very comfortable, the climate control was good and correct, and the room was very cozy. The guy who attended me was very friendly and helped me use his own app to find transport. The facilities downstairs were not bad but a bit neglected; they looked very family‑friendly, yet still acceptable.
