The hotel was beautiful overall, and we loved the rooms and their unique design. The rooftop offered wonderful views, food, and drinks, and the breakfast was fabulous. There was nothing to report.

The place was absolutely fantastic, with a great mix of modern and antique Roman décor, and the rooftop bar and restaurant were fab. We stayed in a beautiful corner suite, but it got noisy early in the morning when delivery vans started arriving.

Everything was top‑level, from the staff to the equipment and services. I was very upset when I booked and paid through your app, receiving a response that I would have a free airport transfer and that I needed to send my flight number so the driver could track the flight and wait for me. I was delayed more than 5 hours and the transfer was not arranged at all, especially since I was leaving on 29.9. The whole situation felt like a broken promise from your side, and I am very disappointed and distrustful of your services, so I will seriously consider whether I will use them again in the future.

“Wonderful stay - cannot recommend highly enough!”

The property was beautiful in the most perfect location in Rome, and we couldn’t recommend it highly enough! We were celebrating our honeymoon, so we were so grateful to have our room upgraded. The breakfast was also incredible! Nothing!
