The room was nice but lacked lighting in the bathroom. At night there was very loud noise, like pounding, and it was unclear what it was. The shower water flow was extremely weak. The reception’s WhatsApp response is almost nonexistent. There’s a bird that comes every morning and it’s just ear‑splitting. Getting into the resort is complicated and confusing at least for me.

The location right by the beach was decent, and that was the only good thing. When we checked in, we were given a filthy room; sand and hair were everywhere, and the beds were quickly straightened to look clean, yet the sheets still had stains. Under the blanket you could see the mattress was used, so they hadn’t cleaned it after the previous guests. I reported this to the front desk, where they were not surprised at all but immediately started fixing it. The staff was also very unfriendly and indifferent. The building is old and cluttered everywhere, with old mattresses and empty spaces. It looks like the photos, but it’s really nothing. I don’t understand why people give positive reviews. The beds were also extremely hard. Absolutely not worth booking here!
