The staff were friendly and happy to chat. We had the room with the bath next to the mountain. There is a little balcony off it that you see up the mountain and down 4 levels. Nice and quiet room. Would have liked the fridge cooler

“Very helpful and friendly staff, lovely two night stay”

The location is great and the décor is modern and lovely. The outdoor bathtub is gorgeous. I would have liked a duvet on the bed instead of just a sheet, but everything else was fantastic.

The room was very beautiful, comfortable, and quiet. Breakfast is included in the restaurant downstairs. The restaurant is great, the staff are very helpful, and a special shout‑out to Duc, who is charming and gave us good tips for the beaches.

“Halte agréable, au calme, pour visiter l'ile de Cat Ba”

A small, pleasant hotel with a bar‑restaurant on the ground floor for good breakfasts and other dishes. The staff are smiling and friendly. It’s a bit away from the city centre crowds, but easily reachable with the many city shuttles. The best thing is to rent a scooter to explore the island’s interior, which is beautiful (we rented one from them, and the gear was fine). The only issue was having to pay on arrival; it’s the only place in Vietnam where that happened to us. Other than that, nothing to complain about.

The place was spotless, comfy, and had everything you’d need for any length of stay. They should keep the checkout until 12 pm; I almost misplaced my room key because they don’t duplicate it. If you’re into motorbike rides or street escape rooms, this hotel is right for you.
