The Hotel Boréal Nice, a 3-star hotel, is located in Nice's heart, in a pedestrian area opposite the Nice Etoile shopping center. The hotel offers free WiFi, rooms with flat-screen TVs, and private bathrooms. A Provencal-style breakfast room and lounge bar with terrace provide relaxation. The old town, flower market, and train station are within walking distance, with Nice Cote d'Azur airport 10 minutes away by car.

The place is truly well situated, the staff is super helpful, and the breakfasts are tasty. A nice perk is the free luggage storage after checkout. It’s close to both the English Promenade and the train station, so everything is nearby. We’ll definitely return on future stays in Nice. The L'Apo Cafe near the hotel should probably have an official connection to the hotel. The vibe is great.

The location was excellent, but the rooms were very noisy and the furniture was old. Breakfast felt very basic, and refills never worked – we had to wait for plates, glasses, and bread. The baguette with butter, however, was wonderful.

The location is great, with easy access to the tram, the train station, and the city centre. Breakfast is good and the rooms are clean.

The spot sits midway between the beach and the train station, right next to the tram coming from the airport. The staff are tidy and friendly. We had hoped for separate beds, but the room had a double bed. Breakfast was very crowded and the dining area small. The mattress had a hole, and the soundproofing could improve – in the upper floor room, footsteps sounded loud.
