The hotel is well situated and the room was spacious (I stayed in a twin); however, a cockroach was smoking with me in the smoking zone on the second floor.

It’s close to the metro and a 15‑20 minute walk from Ginza, and there are good breakfast spots within 20‑30 minutes (though the nearby places didn’t appeal much); cleaning could be done more often and the room size should be increased.

My second stay at this Mystays was again conveniently near the direct lines, whether for Narita via the Asakusa line or for Haneda via the monorail, and the reception staff’s English has noticeably improved.

The location is convenient and near a subway station, offering good value for central Tokyo, but the comfort is rather basic, with very little space in the room—especially in a double room with luggage.
