“Great location and excelent room !”

The room was fantastic, very clean, with perfect Wi‑Fi, wonderful air conditioning, and a shower that had hot water. We found the room spacious. The location is great, right next to the metro, making it easy to reach the airport and stroll around the city. It’s very close to the Trevi Fountain, and we could get there in just over five minutes—a fantastic experience. We loved the property. I had trouble with the instructions for accessing the property; no prior contact was made. There was no one to greet us on site (I had been to four places on this last trip, and this was the only one without a host or pre‑sent instructions). The instructions could have been clearer and sent earlier. The key outside the building was only for the elevator, not the building door, so you had to contact the property upon arrival to remotely open the building door (meaning you need a phone with connectivity when you arrive). Later at the property you received the necessary keys to enter. The key set contained about four or five keys; one was needed to activate the “force” of the room, meaning you had to lock the room door and THEN insert the key to power the room. This is a major inconvenience when you arrive at night, with no light, and want to lock the door, then turn on the room power. If you’re accompanied and need to go downstairs, your companion would be left in a dark room! Since the power key is with the other keys for opening doors. Some contacts I tried via the booking app in English were answered in Italian, which caused great discomfort at the time. I had just arrived from a trip, tired, with no clear instructions, no contact in my language, and no phone contact—overall a traumatic arrival, but the rest of the stay was PERFECT!

It sits right next to the Fountain of Neptune, within walking distance of all the main sights. The room is nice but fairly minimalist, and while the bathroom looks good, it’s quite small. The facilities look fresh, but the cleaning only went as far as the eye can see—my white socks didn’t survive the floor. Comfort was limited, with pillows as thin as onion skins. The main issue: the host’s customer service style is combative and disrespectful. After ignoring our calls and failing to send check‑in details in advance, she lectured us for calling her while we were locked outside at check‑in. There’s a small warning in the room: pass checkout by a single hour, and they’ll slap you with a full‑day charge—though I didn’t test that. Proceed with caution!

The location is great, super close to the center. Everything is very clean and the facilities are great. The elevator for going up is very small.
