The location is excellent, right on Atins beach, but the hygiene was unacceptable: the toilet water was yellow, a frog was found in the bowl, and the shower water tasted metallic. Reception and restaurant staff were friendly, yet the food quality was mediocre and breakfast below average. The staff mentioned that this issue is common across Atins properties, but other nearby hotels had clean, functioning bathrooms. The reception toilets, used as an alternative, are cleaned only once a day. Rooms labeled “sea view” actually had no view; all bungalows sit behind the restaurant with limited to no view, so despite requesting a sea view, our room was at the back of the property. At €450/night, the price does not match the hygiene and overall service. The location remains a strong point for guests who aren’t bothered by these problems.

Breakfast was good and the view was great, but the room rate is higher than what you receive.
