The hotel is right next to the mosaic museum, the main tourist‑cultural attraction of Gaziantep, and only a 20‑minute walk to the historic city center. The breakfast buffet was fantastic and extensive, parking is free and right next to the hotel. The reception could also speak a bit of English.

The view was great, the staff were friendly, the breakfast was tasty, and the rooms were clean. When I ate in the room, the tray wasn’t picked up right away. We wanted two bags washed, and initially €160 was quoted, later it was €40. There was no fire safety protocol. Both parents are in wheelchairs and we were on the 7th floor. It wasn’t clear what to do in case of an earthquake.

The hotel’s location gives a great overview of the city, but only a few staff members speak English, especially at reception, so it really isn’t a five‑star hotel.

I was staying near Zeugma museum, but the hotel sits right in the middle of a small town. Parking was a bit tight and the spots fought over the free space.

Das Frühstück. Den Spabereich konnte man nicht komplett nutzen. Hamam war kalt, angeblich technische Probleme. Wir waren knapp 2 Wochen da und das Problem wurde nicht beseitigt. Swimmingpool konnte man auch aus technischen Problemen nicht nutzen. keiner konnte weiterhelfen. Waren enttäuscht . 2x war kein Toilettenpapier da, wurde nicht aufgefüllt. 1x ging die Toilettenspülung nicht. keine 5 Sterne wert
