The staff were very pleasant, the establishment was very clean, and it was a very good experience; I recommend it.

I was impressed by the Pratelsky staff, the equipment, the spotless rooms, and the location. For communication and check‑in we had to use a mobile translator, and only the lady at check‑out spoke English.

Van Gia feels like a warm, friendly seaside spot full of fishing boats and local life; the hotel sits right on the sea front, close to the harbor where you can hop on a boat to Diep Son. It’s clean, quiet, and the staff are friendly. The rooms are perfect, fully equipped, and the bed is very comfortable.

The hotel is clean, fully equipped, and offers a beautiful view. The reception is polite and calm. However, the bathroom needs a makeover because of a slight odor, the water flow is slow, and the parking is cramped, making it uncomfortable to bring cars in and out.
