Three essential aspects 1- Staff's Kindness 2- Outstanding Location 3- Tasty Meals 👌🏼. Swimming hours (pools & sea) are limited to 6 PM; I didn’t inquire about the reason, but they must have a legitimate explanation

The staff were friendly, but it was too expensive—on site it would have been €25 cheaper, the building looked dilapidated with trash, and the AC across the hall was loud. The food was mediocre, and we understand it’s a different country, but there was no Wi‑Fi in the room unless you paid extra, only available in the lobby and still very poor. They spoke English.

Il servizio è stato molto buono, lo staff molto accogliente, i buffet buoni e abbondanti, tutta la struttura curata nella pulizia! Il capo della struttura è una persona veramente squisita! Ringraziamo tutto lo staff, ci hanno fatto passare una settimana veramente bella!

Everything was good but they never answered the land lines at reception. The food was edible, yet I had a stomachache all night.
