My family and I had a wonderful time at this resort, enjoying the delicious dinner and breakfast, as well as the numerous facilities available. We appreciated that it was a great place to bring our kids and grandkids. However, we were a bit disappointed with the on-site onsen's early closing times, both in the evening and morning.

The hotel's location was excellent, but unfortunately, the staff's attitude, movement, and response time were not up to par, and the food options were also lacking.
