Arriving a bit late was no issue for Paul & Anne, and my two nights went perfectly. The room was cozy and homey with everything I needed, the breakfast was so good that my walking companions were jealous even though they were staying at nearby hotels, and the walk into Keswick takes only five minutes. I loved it and will return. Thanks, Paul & Anne.

The place was cozy, comfortable, and homely. It felt a bit cramped though.

The breakfast was good, and the staff were very accommodating when I had a late arrival because of car trouble, but parking in the area is a pain and feels like a downer for any accommodation in this spot.

This B&B was great, with Paul and Anne being lovely hosts; the room was spotless and always stocked with plenty of tea and coffee, and we even got biscuits and Freddo's as a nice extra when we checked in. Breakfast each morning was gorgeous, and the location made it easy to walk into town, plus parking was no problem when we arrived on Sunday afternoon.
