I was thoroughly impressed with the hotel's exceptional service, available 24/7. The staff were not only friendly but also highly efficient in their roles. However, upon arrival, I was surprised to find that the bathroom didn't quite match the photos I had seen online, which was a bit disappointing.

I was pleasantly surprised by the room's cleanliness, but unfortunately, the bed sheets were dirty and stained. It was a bit of a letdown.

“Just one thing. Avoid this place”

My recent stay at this hotel was a mixed experience. Unfortunately, it started off on the wrong foot with the staff, who seemed completely uninterested in providing any level of hospitality. The rooms themselves were also a letdown, as they were not cleaned to a satisfactory standard. Overall, the unprofessional attitude of the staff and the poor condition of the rooms left a lasting impression that was far from positive.

“Totally disappointed with Fab solitare”

My experience with this hotel was nothing short of disastrous. Despite booking a room a month in advance and making a partial payment, I was told upon arrival that all rooms were booked, despite the call center confirming that my room was ready. The situation only worsened when I was offered a subpar alternative at a different hotel, SKY City, which turned out to be a cramped and unsanitary space with no hot water, let alone room for an extra mattress for my child.

“Good but can improve”

Unfortunately, my stay was marred by the lack of basic toiletries and breakfast options. However, I did appreciate the hotel's focus on cleanliness, which was evident throughout my visit.
