The view and location are fantastic. The cleanliness was awful; the carpet was dusty and needed a deep clean or replacement.

“Location is great, but stay did not meet my expectation at all.”

The location is the biggest selling point of this hotel. The rooms were filthy and dusty—stains were visible on the carpet, sofa, and even the chairs.

“Overall, great service and comfortable room.”

The spot was spot on, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. The bed was incredibly comfy, and the city view from the room was exactly what you’d expect. The only downside was the carpet, but I just slipped on slippers and avoided it.

“Wont be staying there in the future unless the management takes good care of the hotel”

The location has its perks: plenty of restaurants and cafés, free basement parking, and even a barbershop, which is convenient. However, we were on the 10th floor and woke up to the blaring honks outside—really loud. The pool looked yellow, almost like piss color, and the bed was broken. They only provided one shower towel even though we booked a suite. It’s disappointing to see a hotel that looks good but isn’t well maintained. On top of that, the Wi‑Fi is the worst I’ve ever encountered in any hotel.
