On Saturday, the dining area was crowded with guests and non‑guests alike. We ordered a mushroom chili, but it was delayed while people who ordered after us were served first. When we mentioned this to the staff, they brushed it off. Later, on the last day of our stay, 5 October, a snake appeared outside our room and frightened me; the staff ignored my report. This is unacceptable, especially regarding guest safety.

The staff were helpful, especially Pawan who was polite, humble and arranged transport while sharing useful info about nearby spots; the vibe felt like Goa, with good food and hospitality, and the surroundings were lush green. Jay, the owner, treated us with respect, handled the room situation well, and was flexible. We even enjoyed a live band performance and a bonfire one night, making it a great spot for friends. However, the room and premises needed better cleanliness—spider webs and bugs were off‑putting, and the dim lighting was another drawback. It’s not ideal for families with kids.
