Welcoming staff, comfortable beds, wonderful ambience, good food and terrace view restaurant. Swimming pool to be kept temperature controlled between 9-6 when the pool is open. 1-2 small insect flies in bathroom

The hotel was good, but room 204 was very bad; it had no windows and this wasn't disclosed at booking, and when I arrived the hotel offered no alternative. This was unacceptable and clearly affected my stay.
