I loved the calm, friendly, beautiful atmosphere, but it is a hostel, not a hotel.

The building is stunning, my room was very comfortable, and soaking in the onsen every night was the cherry on top.

The private onsen and the public onsen were both great. The whole ryokan felt very atmospheric and really awesome! The staff were very friendly and helpful.

A great old building with an onsen. It was a bit noisy from the wind and the windows rattled, but what can you expect from a 100‑year‑old building. The location is great, a nice quiet area with good food, etc.
