We thank the staff at the front desk for preparing our room early in the morning, but otherwise we were not satisfied with the experience: I parked my car where the staff directed me, not knowing it was either paid or prohibited; if I had known beforehand I would have parked elsewhere and avoided the fine, which caused both time loss and financial damage; the staff’s attention and problem‑solving approach were inadequate, so we left the hotel unhappy.
