The room was clean, but the steep stairs, the tiny hot room, the lack of places to hang jackets or other clothes, and the very difficult shower made it a bad experience.

I loved the location, but the room had a strong sewage smell that came from the bathroom and I couldn't get it to pass. They were also rude because I've been trying to contact them for 10 days, even through Booking’s call centre, and they still haven’t sent me the receipt. Travelling for work, I risk losing the refund from my company. This has never happened with Booking before.
