The sheets were clean, the AC worked well, there was a fridge, the staff were nice, and the hotel sits directly opposite the pier, just down a lane about 100 yards away.

The location was convenient, close to a 7‑11 and the pier, the beds were comfortable, the place was clean, and we stayed for one night; the hotel owner kindly allowed us to store bulky luggage for a few nights so we wouldn’t have to carry it on the island—thank you.

The staff spoke politely and were friendly with smiles, but the bed was terrible—no matter how I turned it, it stayed stiff, there was constant noise, the spring mattress was hard, and it made sleeping very uncomfortable; the room felt neglected and in need of repair, which ruined my rest.

The hotel is excellent and very affordable, with a comfortable bed, a spacious, clean room, and nice décor; the owners are very friendly and helpful, the location is central near the ferries to Koh Samet, and there are many nice restaurants and cafés nearby.
