The place was close to tourist spots, clean and tidy, but there was no elevator, the TV didn't work, and the restaurant dishes were pricey.

The location was close, and everything else was fine.

Nothing stood out and the whole experience was terrible. We asked the hotel staff to arrange transport from Udaipur to Jodhpur and the service was disastrous—they gave us a driver who spoke neither English nor Spanish, making communication virtually impossible. For a service supposedly organized by the hotel, this felt completely unprofessional and made the journey very uncomfortable. It seemed the main goal was to charge us rather than provide reliable, clear assistance, leaving us feeling cheated and deeply disappointed. The property also fell short of its appearance: the room, bathroom, shower, sheets and walls all looked dirty and neglected, suggesting poor maintenance. With such poor service, transport handling, and cleanliness, the stay was awful; we will never return and recommend looking elsewhere.
