They cancelled my booking an hour before check‑in, claiming no rooms were available for me.

The staff were very helpful, patient and nice, and they managed to resolve any issues that arose, but I had to stay on guard because roaches were in the bathroom and near the beds, the bathroom sink leaked onto the counter, and the toilet barely flushed.

The staff were fine, but the towels were dirty, the toilet was dirty, roaches swarmed the shower, dead roaches lay on the floor, the floor hadn’t been mopped, and overall it was a terrible experience.

The front desk could have been friendlier, yet there were roaches in the room, the AC seemed to be under repair when I checked in, the room felt outdated, and the breakfast bar was just a snack bar.
