The entire room was crystal clear, sheets of excellent quality, the shower perfect, and the garden view was a plus. Breakfast was delicious, homemade with exceptional flavor and full of details. It felt like a very special treatment. The place is super quiet, safe, with good nearby restaurants! Secure parking! We would definitely return. It’s very close to Surmione! It was a bit tricky to get there, but Roberto responded very quickly and guided us well!

Excellent welcome and the property is truly well cared for, both in common areas and rooms. Everything is impeccable, even in terms of cleanliness. The service was also outstanding, with Roberto always attentive and available. I really liked the location, surrounded by vineyards and the countryside’s tranquility. In the morning I even had the chance to go for a beautiful run nearby, traffic-free and surrounded by well‑maintained vineyards – truly enjoyable. It was wonderful to arrive and immediately relax with a nice swim in the pool. A special mention goes to the breakfast, truly fabulous, rich and well prepared.

“Ein toller Aufenthalt”

Roberto is an incredibly great host, responds very quickly to messages and is there for his guests. We felt very comfortable. Our small dog was also warmly welcomed.
