The location is good, and the rooms are nice.

“Thank you KeKe & Kelly for a pleasant stay in Leavenworth!”

Breakfast was great! Kelly (a man) made it exceptional by constantly asking about food quality and whether we needed anything else. He even checked on our sleep after the storms the night before—excellent customer service. At check‑in, the manager on duty had no personality at all. When I asked about Wi‑Fi, it felt like pulling teeth, and he never explained breakfast times or engaged in conversation. I thought he might be a guest because he was sitting near the front desk playing on his phone. However, the hotel’s staff, especially KEKE, were exceptional the next morning, just like Kelly at breakfast. KEKE and Kelly could train Calvin or the night manager on how to treat customers.

“Room smelled bad. the shower had water flow restricted too much. showers took twice as long”

The breakfast was only marginal, and I was annoyed that a pet fee—something that wasn't listed in the price quote—had to be paid; despite the $100.00 plus tax charge, the room wasn't properly cleaned from the previous guest, leaving a urine smell and a couple of large stains that glowed under black light.
