The place feels modern yet retains some character; the room was spacious, comfy and offered a view of trees. The staff were friendly and helpful. Its location is great, giving direct access to the old town or to the Schlossberg. Breakfast was flexible – we could choose each day to have it in the hotel (good but pricey) or grab coffee and pastry a few minutes away at Hofbackerei. Nothing else went wrong.

The bar was closed, the free Wi‑Fi was extremely slow, and it made working impossible.

The hotel was very nice, and the reception helped us well. She even arranged pizza for us at midnight. Nothing negative.

The location, the very kind staff, and immaculate cleanliness were great. The mattress was too firm for my personal taste.
