The toilet lid was broken, the bathtub barely caught water when you shower, the room had central heating but it was off and we couldn’t turn it on, staff left at 18:00 and the neighbors in room F smoked and made noise until 2:30 am.

The room and bathroom were spacious and the bed was very comfortable, so we slept well. The website should state that it’s in Las Rozas, but it’s actually in Galapagar, 17 km away. There is no TV anywhere in the property and the pool was completely dirty, so it didn’t feel inviting for a swim.

The surroundings are decent.

The pool was fine, though I didn’t use it. The room was noisy because the entrance door kept slamming against the room door every time someone passed by.

The hotel offers parking and the surrounding area is pleasant. The actual location differs from what’s advertised; it’s not in Las Rozas de Madrid but in Galapagar. There was almost no staff present during our stay—contact was only via WhatsApp. We were given only one towel for two people, the bathtub was dirty, and the room was very cold.
