The central location and large, comfortable room with a nice shower were positives, yet the welcome wasn’t the friendliest and I had to wait an unreasonably long time for someone to check me in.

There’s a lot of potential, but the place needs a bit of love; the bathroom looked good, however the kettle was filthy and the furniture was worn out.

We enjoyed a lovely dinner at the Indian restaurant, the bed was comfy, the room was spotless, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. However, there was no breakfast at the hotel; the app had mentioned a pay‑for‑breakfast option on arrival, which turned out to be false.
