“The facilities are good, but it is not a place to relax, nor is it what you would expect from a spa”
The setting is gorgeous, surrounded by nature and mountains, with a beautiful landscape. The staff are friendly and welcoming, assisting us with almost everything we needed, and the spa is great too. However, the place is very loud and the rooms aren’t soundproof, so you can’t expect to sleep before 11:30 pm. The music isn’t what you’d expect in a spa and wellness hotel. The menu details and opening hours weren’t updated, so we had to ask for delivery at 9:30 pm because we trusted their website that said the restaurant was open until 11 pm.
