The staff were fine, but the place was heavily overpriced, had no intercom, and Wi‑Fi and DTH didn’t work. The kitchen was slow, breakfast was delayed, and kitchen hours were very limited.

The staff were all very polite and helpful, especially Sunny and Sanket. The room was clean and comfortable, but there was construction for the kitchen. It wasn’t too noisy or dusty, though the materials lying around could have been better hidden.

The location and infrastructure were good, but the staff and service were bad. Breakfast only starts at 0930 (though we were told it starts at 0830); from 0830 to 0900 there was no staff, and the breakfast itself was poorly arranged. Telephones were broken, and the reception or mobile line wasn’t working. Even the manager couldn’t get things done before 0900, and there was no service before that. Because of rain, getting to the rooms meant walking through slushy mud.
