The location is great, very lively (the market is just behind the street). The staff are very professional and helpful. Thanks.

Location and cleanliness is good. 1.The Person's behaviour at reception is bad. He is not even talking properly with tourists. 2. In facilities, they shows drinking water facility but charging money for it. I recommend tourists not to book this hotel

Tell the staff to be friendlier. Parking is a problem.
The facilities are nice, but the tea and coffee setup should be paid for. Morning tea is needed for a quick refresh, yet we have to walk 500 to 600 metres to get it, which is pathetic. The hotel could handle this by charging an extra 5Rs from outside. Anyway, it’s fine. I liked that even though it’s in a marketplace, there’s no noise from outside.
