“Vistas espectaculares al Etna y personal muy amable”
We loved the views from the dining terrace and the pool. The location is great. The bathtub is a bit narrow and the door has to be pushed hard to get in.
“Good value for the money”
Location. Parking. Staff. View…the veranda from room 64 was magnificent!!. The bed was so hard and the bathroom was incredibly small. Your knees hit the bidet while sitting. The shower was really small… hard to shave legs and cramped if you were over 5’8” tall

Breakfast was good and the staff were very friendly, polite and hard working. They made you feel very welcome and nothing was too much trouble. Bathroom was very tired and small
The staff were friendly and helpful. The property is very old and needs renovation, especially the bathroom in the room, which has broken tiles and very old faucets.

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! A short walk to the main shopping area. The pool was a nice addition, and the view from the balcony at breakfast was spectacular. Staff is very nice. Location is all it had… the hotel was severely dated… and I mean bad! The halls were creepy, like The Shining, and at night got worse… like I was expecting a serial killer to come out or a ghost! Eerie was a good word to describe. The grounds were not kept great, the rooms literally had the same furniture as 1972… bed was NOT comfortable, bathroom was horrible, the faucets were rusted… and it was a ghost town after 9pm. The pool was a nice to have… but forget ordering food… all they offered was a ham sandwich! Not even Italian focaccia or panini… literally white bread with ham! umm… hello, what are we at camp in North America?! What a shame the owners didn't bother to upgrade this hotel, because it has so much potential and a fabulous location. For the money… expected so much more. Would not recommend… RENOVATION SERIOUSLY REQUIRED!
