The hotel feels old, rooms are dated, and maintenance is lacking. The toilet mirror was broken, the air‑conditioner leaked water onto the bed, and the restaurant is closed on holidays. Breakfast is only offered, sometimes a buffet, sometimes a la carte, depending on crowd levels. Once I had to wait 30 to 45 minutes for continental breakfast, which I complained about and the hotel apologized. At the buffet the hot dishes were cold because they weren’t kept warm. The selection is limited. The fitness room has no air‑conditioning and is messy. At reception I asked for information about a museum and its opening times; they said it was open, but after a 20‑minute taxi ride it was closed. English communication isn’t perfect.

“Good room but skip breakfast”

The room was good, clean, with hot water and Wi‑Fi working well. Breakfast was poor, with a small selection that never changed.

The room was large, but there was an ant in the bed and the bathtub was rusty. Please do something about that bathtub.

The area is spacious, like a holiday camp. Staff are friendly and helpful. We stayed in a cabin that had a strong mothball smell. The bathroom tiles were stained and looked dirty, there was hair in the tub with no curtain, showering wet the floor around. The toilet water ran constantly. Breakfast offered nothing that meets Western standards. I would not repeat this experience.
