“Très mauvais séjour”
The place is filthy, the staff is totally unqualified, the rooms are missing a lot of essentials, cleaning is terribly done, the Wi‑Fi is subpar, I left stuff in the room and they claim nothing was found, I forgot things in the fridge that I couldn't afford to lose… I strongly advise against staying here; there are much better options nearby, especially Valstar.
The room is spacious, the Wi‑Fi is great, and the staff are very responsive. The bathroom is old, water is often cold with weak pressure, the room is dark with little light, and the bedding and towels are visibly worn and old.
It had a charming feel.
The staff are very friendly and helpful—that’s all I can say. The hotel itself feels run‑down and uncomfortable; the bed was not comfortable, the sheets had holes, the bathrooms need an upgrade, and a gap in the balcony door lets bugs in.

I really liked the hotel’s open architecture, especially the large covered terrace on the first floor that houses a café‑brasserie, and the ground floor’s open layout with a beautiful, clean pool and another café‑restaurant, all in a quiet setting. On the downside, housekeeping seemed poorly supervised: the room wasn’t cleaned properly, a dirty cup I left stayed there for two days without being replaced, the shower was clogged with limescale and barely let water through, towels were scarce and water bottles were supplied only in small batches, and a hair‑dryer had to be requested; nevertheless, the place stayed tidy and staff responded quickly whenever I asked for something.
