We felt very comfortable; everything was perfect and hassle‑free.

The breakfast was great, the family room was spacious and had a large furnished roof terrace, and it was a good starting point for exploring the Palatinate Forest.

The room was well equipped with comfortable beds and a small courtyard balcony; we also liked being able to take wine from the wine fridge. The bathroom door, a sliding door on tracks made from an old door, looks nice but isn’t very practical, and the light in the bathroom is controlled by a motion sensor, which we also find impractical. The breakfast is very sparse and not worth the price, so I would not book here again.

The accommodation is very clean and well maintained; it’s quiet unless your room faces the street, though occasional traffic noise can still be heard. The wine shop next door and the good location for tours are convenient, and the breakfast is acceptable. The breakfast could be more generous, but it’s fine for the price.
