“Comfortable room and a very warm welcome”

The location was excellent, my room was clean and comfortable, and the shared kitchen was a nice bonus. Rima and Artur were superb hosts, and I appreciated that my early check‑in request was met and the heating was adjusted immediately so it was warm enough for me to work. I liked the easy access to the main street while still being a bit set back, keeping the nights quiet. Most of all, I loved the hospitality and warmth of Rima and Artur themselves! The only thing that would have been useful was a bedside lamp.

“Echte Armenie”

The home‑like atmosphere and the owners’ affection made the stay unforgettable.

The owners are extremely friendly and kind. The location is excellent, about a 10‑minute walk to the train station. We had lunch there and received great food with tasty wines. The room feels very homely. The terrace is very pleasant with a good view. Parking was on the same street, but we could always find a spot. The bed was too soft, and the walls were thin.

The rooms were cozy and spotless, the staff very welcoming, approachable and kind, and I strongly recommend this place.

The room was acceptable but not outstanding; the real highlight was the genuine hospitality shown by host Arthur and his family.
