The staff in charge were very helpful and breakfast was excellent. The only issue was that there was nowhere to plug in the TV inside the room, but overall everything was fine and I would stay there again. Thanks. The curtains fell and there was nowhere to store the fans because the TV was on.

Great location right in the centre of Alegría, comfortable beds, clean rooms and good service, but the only cooling option was a fan, there was no air‑conditioning.

The garden is the only highlight. I didn’t like that the room door wasn’t secure, the front‑desk girl was almost always absent, there was no extra fan, and a man working there was very condescending whenever I asked him something. I ordered breakfast to go, but it was never delivered.
