The food at the hotel restaurant was good. No complaints.

The female staff were gentle when answering questions. When I asked a male staff member for directions and other information, his attitude was not very helpful. There was no tap water, so I had to buy my own. The room was dirty because it was only cleaned every three days.

There wasn’t anything special about the dishes, but the meals were prepared with care and were not just simple fare. The staff never cut corners, and the presentation was professional. I ate at night too, and the plating was well done. I didn’t feel any particular issues, but the parking was a problem: it was full, so I had to park on the premises, which was fine, but the paid parking spot was missing, which was a downside.

“ビジネスホテルに心地よさは求められない。”

I was pleased with the courteous reception, and the large public bath was a nice touch, especially since it stayed open late and early. When I tried to sleep, the snoring from the neighboring room kept me awake; the front desk offered earplugs in the amenity kit, which helped a bit. I asked for a room change, but only non‑smoking rooms were available, so I resigned and used the earplugs. The unit bath felt cramped, and the toilet was small and awkward to use.
