The location was great and the staff were welcoming and helpful, but the room was awful: mismatched furniture, no lamp worked, curtains hung off and wouldn't close fully, blinds were useless. The bathroom felt dated, the soap dispenser was dirty, and the handwritten label had half rubbed off. Breakfast was disappointing; the tray holding the juice glasses had a dirty paper towel on it, all curled up and clearly overused without replacement, and the jam jars were all dirty. Such a shame.

I loved the spot and the buffet breakfast was solid.
