Everything was perfect, from the immaculate house to the owner who was extremely kind for every request we had.

The staff were courteous, but I would have preferred a proper bed instead of that uncomfortable sofa bed.

The large apartment had a kitchen, a nice sitting terrace, ice and a bottle of wine as a gift, and a friendly host (communication only in Italian, so a translation app on your phone is recommended). However, there was no bed, just a sagging sofa bed, the bathroom had a strange odor coming from the drains, the apartment was hard to locate because there was no house number or any sign, and the breakfast we paid for was served in a bar in the city centre, not in the apartment.
