The building’s academia is fairly good, but the flat isn’t part of the hotel’s pool and is run by a private owner. On the day I arrived, neither the Vision nor the Fusion reception could find my reservation. I called and sent a WhatsApp to the number listed in my Booking confirmation but received no reply. Only at 21:00 did the Vision receptionist realize the phone number belonged to a property owner and managed to contact her. She then sent a message with the flat number and permission for me to check in at Fusion. She had simply forgotten a guest was coming, which was very distressing.
