The staff were friendly. The shampoo and shower soap were the same and very uncomfortable, which we didn’t like. The chilaquiles at breakfast were extremely dry. It’s a business hotel, but everyone deserves the best. The hot water never came out of the shower and the water flow was very poor. They don’t provide enough personal hygiene supplies for the room cost.

The room is very good—spacious and clean. The only thing I’d change is the sliding door handle in the bathroom; it was difficult to close and open. Everything else was excellent.
