The place is in a good spot, and there's a balcony where you can sit in the evenings. The air conditioning works. The kitchen combo fridge isn’t the best part of the accommodation.

The sheets smelled nice, but I can’t believe what happened. The owner let us arrive earlier after cleaning, but that was the first hiccup: the room and bathroom hadn’t been cleaned for a while, full trash, damp everywhere, the carpets, floor, bathroom, even the wide edge of the bed were thickly greasy and dusty. I started by cleaning the toilet and shower in the bathroom. The host didn’t charge the agreed price; he asked for more. He said he doesn’t care about Booking, this is how much the room costs. You can leave if you don’t like it. Then the next shock: I only read the reviews after this. I saw a camera on a tree in front of the balcony and that the owner walks up to that level. So when we left, I pulled a bottle of bottled water inside the door and photographed it. My suspicion wasn’t wrong. When we returned, I carefully opened the door and had already taken a photo inside. And there it was, the bottle of water was not in its place! Someone tried to get into the room! I find this attitude deeply outraged. In the morning of our departure, there was a knock and someone entered the room without permission and told me where to put the key. We could have been in an intimate situation. This is unacceptable in any accommodation. Also, the parking is only on the other side of the road next to the beach, which is not part of the property. That could be a problem for summer guests.

The staff (owner) exceeded our expectations with maximum friendliness and helpfulness. A transfer to Austria was possible and getting a birthday cake was no problem. I would recommend this place to everyone and we would gladly stay again at this lovely spot.

We booked the accommodation for two nights. We only arrived in the evenings on both days. Bath, sleep. That was perfectly suitable. The uploaded photos are realistic. It was comfortable for four people. The beds were comfortable, the apartment was clean and the host was friendly! There was no such thing as a negative point.
