The beds were very comfortable and everything stayed spotless; Lorenzo attended to us with great care, helped with our luggage, and kept an eye on everything. The only downside was a bit of street noise, but otherwise everything was fine.

The location is excellent for exploring Madrid, situated in a very cute neighborhood full of local spots, and the building is very clean. It was a little noisy.

The location is fantastic and the whole staff was kind. The room was comfortable, the balcony lovely, and the view beautiful. The only issue was the stairs.
