The hospitality and care were excellent. The room could have been cleaner and some floor tiles were broken, but nothing too serious.

I spent a night there while catching a flight in Guangzhou. The staff were very nice and welcoming, and the hotel is close to Baiyun Airport—about a 15‑minute drive. They arranged a pick‑up for me, and communicating via WeChat was easy. At reception they asked when I needed to be at the airport the next day and set up a transfer. The room was tidy and pleasant; a lovely lady showed me how to turn on the AC and lights. A solid choice for a layover.
