The staff deserve my congratulations; everyone is super friendly, especially the night security guard. The hotel’s check‑in and check‑out weren’t as convenient as I had imagined, partly due to construction work. Breakfast could improve, though it’s not bad.

The location is ideal for those who want to be close to the coach station; the coaches are a short walk away and so are all the amenities of the superb coach station. Town sights are a bit farther but still reachable on foot. The hotel itself offers everything you’d expect from a purpose‑built building. Breakfast has issues: too few tables and chairs, the “hot” food (only scrambled eggs) was warm, and staff couldn’t keep up with demand. Rooms aren’t very quiet, with a busy road on one side and coaches and buses coming and going on the other.

The facilities are good. The outdoor parking poses a risk for vehicles.

Breakfast is complete and of acceptable quality. The room lacks bedside tables, has only one chair, a very narrow table, a tiny minibar, and the shower has no rubber mat or grab bars to prevent falls, plus only one cup for two people.

The bed is very comfortable and the bathroom is good. The air conditioner in the first room didn’t work, so we switched to another room, but it still didn’t cool well. External noise passes through the walls; being next to the terminal and on the highway, you hear vehicle traffic all night.
