The property’s location was good, with plenty of parking space on the side, and it was easy to get to. Nothing else was an issue; everything was fine.

I arrived in Indore around 9 pm, but the hotel staff called me at 8 pm to cancel the ground‑floor room I’d requested for my mom, who can’t walk much. Because of that, I had to scramble at the last minute and settle for options I wasn’t happy with.

The location was decent. The rooms were dirty, there was a shortage of staff, and basic amenities like towels and clean bed sheets were missing; service was very poor, and there was no bottled water in the room.
