The front desk staff were great and checked me in quickly; I especially want to commend the bespectacled lady for her professional and caring service 🥰. The room was spotless, the bathroom very clean, the TV picture sharp, and the Wi‑Fi ran smoothly. Breakfast was delicious and the airport shuttle was truly worth recommending!

Everything in the room was functional and thoughtfully arranged. The staff were very helpful, friendly, and attentive. The place was very clean, and breakfast offered a great variety. The location is only 10 minutes from Tenglong metro station, which is very convenient.

They provided airport transfers and even gave a take‑away breakfast for early flights, which felt very thoughtful, plus there was hot porridge served in the evening. The sound insulation is poor, so you can hear traffic outside.

We landed late from New Zealand, forgot to book the airport shuttle, spoke no Chinese, had little kids, and it was 2 am in the cold. The hotel arranged a car that arrived in 40 minutes using a translation app—truly marvelous. When we reached the hotel, hot tea awaited us, and although we couldn’t speak English, we managed check‑in with a language transmitter. The room was excellent, and the service was flawless. We left early the next morning for a UK flight; the hotel booked a shuttle that removed all the stress. Thank you. The only downside: although it’s close to the airport, the 25‑minute drive on the shuttle isn’t a problem.
