Never have I slept in a hotel made with so much love and passion. The view was beautiful, the bed wonderful, the bathroom perfect, and the breakfast superb. Great! Nothing!

The view is amazing, as is the room’s decoration. Erna is a loving person, and it really felt like a familiar environment, not just “another B&B.” We loved everything; the only issue (not really an issue, just what it is) was that the platform/lift takes around 2,5 minutes to go up and down. Still, the idea of installing such a platform is brilliant.

A truly unique experience. The view from the room is beautiful and everything is meticulously cared for, showing real love. The surroundings are great for cycling. The only thing that might be missing is a real kitchen; fortunately there are plenty of restaurants nearby, so that’s easily solved.

Fantastic location, more than excellent spacious apt with split-level bedroom and spectacular view over the Wadden and Leeuwarden. Nothing.

It’s worth the long trip, and it’s just as stunning for locals; the rooms are thematically and thoughtfully designed with comfort and luxury in mind, and the view is the main focus. They’re currently building a couple of apartments above the foot of the tower, each with its own elevator so that even those with mobility issues can enjoy a breathtaking stay. All in all, a unique experience that justifies the asking price!
